Terms of Service

1. The Protocol

Noutita (the "Protocol") is a decentralized application facilitating the authentication and contextualization of creative works. By accessing the Protocol, you agree to these terms.

2. Self-Custody & Wallets

You utilize the Protocol via a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Safe) or a delegated custodial wallet managed by Noutita. You retain full control over your private keys (if self-custody) and are solely responsible for their security. Noutita cannot recover assets lost due to compromised keys.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • Your Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of any artwork, sketch, or media ("Context Assets") you upload.
  • License to Noutita: You grant Noutita a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, hash, and store your assets for the purpose of operationalizing the Protocol.
  • AI Training: Explicit consent is required for your data to be included in our "Fair Trade AI" dataset. Without this consent, your work is excluded from bulk data licensing.

4. The Guild Membership

Membership in "The Guild" is a privilege, not a right. Noutita reserves the right to revoke "Verified" status if an account is found to be uploading stolen, synthetic (without declaration), or malicious content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Protocol is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the blockchain ledger will always be accessible or free of congestion. Gas fees are the responsibility of the user unless subsidized by a specific membership tier.
