Privacy Policy

1. Data Sovereignty First

Noutita is built on the principle of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI). We believe you should own your data.

2. What We Collect

  • Profile Data: Name, Bio, Social Links (Stored off-chain).
  • Wallet Address: Your public key is your primary identifier.
  • Context Assets: Files you upload are stored in decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave) or secure cloud buckets depending on your tier.

3. The Blockchain & Immutability

Important:

When you "Anchor" a process, a cryptographic hash is written to the blockchain. This action is irreversible. While we can delete your images from our web servers (the "Right to be Forgotten"), the hash of that data will remain on the public ledger forever. This is a feature of the technology, not a bug.

4. AI & Data Usage

We do NOT use your private sketches to train AI models without your Opt-In Consent. If you join the "Fair Trade AI" program, your data is anonymized and included in licensed datasets, and you receive royalty distributions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use:<br/>- **Supabase** for database management.<br/>- **Stripe** for payments (we do not store credit card info).<br/>- **Infura/Alchemy** for blockchain connectivity.
